We train community volunteers to conduct monthly water quality sampling which provides vital data to understand water quality issues and inform decision makers.
We will perform monthly sampling at five (5) locations in the Chollas Creek community. Our next sampling date is Friday, November 22 from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
If you are interested in sampling at Chollas Creek please sign up here. You are confirmed to attend once you sign up. Please be there on time, and let us know if you will not be attending. The sampling day is limited to the first 6 people who sign up. The meet-up location is at Gompers Park (32°42’58.8″N 117°05’17.8″W) next to Millennial Tech Middle School at 10:30 a.m.
PLEASE READ: Please ensure you have registered as a volunteer and attended a training session before signing up for a sampling date. Only registered and previously trained volunteers can participate in a sampling field day. There is a virtual training option if you have not attended an in-person training. Here is the link to the virtual recording and post-training quiz. Thank you for your interest and understanding. You can sign up here to receive updates and resources.
