Imperial Beach Cleanup – River Days with Surfrider San Diego & Coastkeeper
Surfrider San Diego and San Diego Coastkeeper invite you to a cleanup at Imperial Beach to support San Diego River Park Foundation’s River Days!
Purpose
Our local spaces are protected by volunteers, just like you! We welcome you to a fun day in the sand with family, friends, and new acquaintances while removing trash and raising awareness about plastic pollution.
Role
Take action to protect the environment by removing trash from our coastline. In addition to cleaning the beach, Surfrider and Coastkeeper can use the data you collect to influence laws that reduce pollution at the source!
Meeting Location
Meet on the sand behind the Spirit of IB statue on the north side of the rock groin. 698 Ocean Ln, Imperial Beach, CA 91932. Look for the blue Coastkeeper and Surfrider canopies.
