Get To Know Your Water / Conozca Su Agua
July 19, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
FreeDuring Latino Conservation Week, July 16-24, we will host a virtual bilingual discussion on supporting San Diego’s waters.
As a coastal region, our local economy and way of life depend on the health of our beaches and bays. But our waters and our access to water are in danger. Our region suffers from the effects of climate change, pollution, and underfunded infrastructure. Stormwater pollution is San Diego’s most persistent threat to our coastline and ecosystems. Join San Diego Coastkeeper to discuss where our water comes from, where it goes, what water equity is, and what community-driven solutions are available.
