Latino Conservation Week: Wander the Wetlands (Bilingual)

Come celebrate Latino Conservation Week with a morning of science, nature, and bilingual activities! This event will feature a bird talk about rails, a guided nature walk, and hands-on activities like fish seining and water quality testing. Learn to document wildlife with the iNaturalist app. Fun and educational for all ages! You are welcome to come and stay for as long as you like. The event will run from 9 AM – 1 PM.

This event is organized by the San Diego Bird Alliance, USFWS, CICESE, UABC, ReWild, San Diego Coastkeeper, and UC San Diego Natural Reserve System.

Wander the Wetlands is a partnership project between UC San Diego Natural Reserve System and San Diego Bird Alliance.
