Join us for Love Your Wetlands Day at UC San Diego’s Kendall-Frost Marsh Reserve in Mission Bay on Saturday, February 7th, 2026. This annual event is co-hosted by UC San Diego Natural Reserve System and the San Diego Bird Alliance in partnership with the Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve and the City of San Diego.
This hands-on event invites you to learn about and explore the unique beauty of Mission Bay’s last remaining salt marsh, and to be inspired to advocate for the future of our wetlands through a variety of engaging activities:

- Guided marsh walks
- Cultural activities
- Science talks and more!
