IBWC Public Forum for the Tijuana River Sewage Crisis

On Thursday, June 12, we will finally get an opportunity to hear from the new leadership at the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) about its plans to address the Tijuana Sewage Crisis. Public outreach from the commission has been silent since Commissioner Giner’s replacement.
