IBWC Public Forum for the Tijuana River Sewage Crisis

June 12 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

On Thursday, June 12, we will finally get an opportunity to hear from the new leadership at the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) about its plans to address the Tijuana Sewage Crisis. Public outreach from the commission has been silent since Commissioner Giner’s replacement.

If you would like to speak during the public comment period, please sign up ahead of time by contacting Frankie Pinon at [email protected] or 915-832-4716 by noon on June 11, 2025.

This public Citizens Forum is your first opportunity for real transparency on key issues, like:
✅ The accelerated South Bay sewage plant expansion plan (100-day deadline ends Aug 29)
✅ Cross-border infrastructure repairs in Mexico
✅ Ongoing sources of polluted river flow
