Farm Film & Music Series: The Blue Forest and two other short films

$10The Blue Forest is a 30-minute documentary focusing on the important topics of kelp and seaweed worldwide. Kelp forests are recognized as one of Earth’s most complex and vital ecosystems, easily comparable to the Amazon forest. They are crucial to the health and survival of our planet, but sadly we are at risk of losing them.
7 p.m. Doors open. Enjoy live music by Aura Walmer and tabling with local organizations.
8 p.m. Screening of WILDCOAST‘s Sea Turtle Arribada (11 min) and SeaTrees feat.WILDCOAST Aloha El Datil (8 min)
8:30 p.m. Panel with Serge Dedina, Ph.D., Executive Director (WILDCOAST), Michael Stewart, Co-Founder (Sustainable Surf/SeaTrees), more info to come!
9 p.m. Screening of The Blue Forest
All people are welcome. Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets, chairs, food, and drinks to enjoy the evening on the Farm.
