Experience the La Jolla premier of PARTS PER MILLION: THEN AND NOW, a photo essay by William Bay that combines stunning black and white photography with water quality data from 2018 and 2025 to ask the question: Where can we go from here?
PARTS PER MILLION: THEN AND NOW highlights the toxic chemicals found in the Tijuana River and their impact to human health through stunning fine art photography and water quality data from 2018 and 2025.
Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
