The Surfrider Foundation, San Diego Chapter hosts a beach cleanup at Ocean Beach Pier.  Meet at Ocean Beach Veterans’ Plaza, south of the lifeguard tower. Driving Directions From I-5 South: Take Exit 21 for SeaWorld Dr/Tecolote Rd. Turn right onto SeaWorld Dr/Tecolote Rd. Continue onto Sunset Cliffs Blvd. Slight right to stay on Sunset Cliffs Blvd. Turn right onto Niagara Ave, and follow it to the beach. From I-5 North: Take 8 West/Beaches. The Surfrider Foundation, San Diego Chapter hosts a beach and street cleanup at Oceanside Harbor. Meet where Harbor Dive meets the beach. Driving Directions From I-5 North or South: Exit at San Luis Rey Mission Expy in Oceanside and head west. Turn left onto County Hwy S21 (N Coast Hwy). Turn right at the 3rd cross street onto Surfrider Way. Turn left onto The Strand N. Turn right into parking lot or find street parking nearby.
