Why do you volunteer with Coastkeeper? Because life requires water. Coastkeeper tirelessly works to protect and restore water quality around San Diego County ensuring healthy rivers, streams, and marine ecosystems.
What do you wish everyone knew about Coastkeeper? Coastkeeper understands waterways and oceans don’t exist in a vacuum. What people do on land matters. Coastkeeper’s dedicated staff and volunteers lead the charge to forge a better relationship between our communities and freshwater and coastal habitats.
I want to see a world where: communities thrive together with healthy freshwater and marine ecosystems and where all people have access to clean rivers, beaches and coasts.
