About the Event
Snapshot Day is designed to increase public awareness of the water quality issues affecting the ocean, to gain information on the health of our local streams, and demonstrate the value and importance of volunteer collected data. It's a great opportunity to get outside and visit local streams and drainages while learning about non-point source pollution and other water quality issues in your area.
Date: Saturday, May 5th, 2007
Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Place: All rivers, streams and drainages flowing to the Pacific Ocean from the coast of California (all coastal counties).
